Description:
Meet Arwen ❤️
5 year old grade quarter horse mare. Located in Richmond IN. She has all the basics down and ready to go in what ever direction you want! She’s had extensive ground work and has amazing ground manners. She gives to pressure whether it be on the ground or under saddle. Learning to move off leg pressure and is soft in the mouth. She stands to be mounted and also is learning to come to the mounting block. She is incredibly smart and is always willing to learn. She is sound and healthy! No maintenance needed. She could use shoes if you are planning on trail riding on a more rocky terrain. She has never offered to buck rear or bolt. She is not spooky and safe to ride on the road or out alone. Not buddy sour at all. She thinks before she acts. She’s been ridden at state parks and did wonderful. She will stand tied all day. She does good out in a pasture or stall. Not destructive to fencing or the barn. She has a very level head on her and when finished to what ever discipline you want she will be a one of a kind mare. She will be best for intermediate/experienced horse person. Only because she was broke 6 months ago and needs more wet saddle pads and is also incredibly smart and a quick learner and has the potential to go far. But if you want to throw a kid up on her or an inexperienced rider on a lead line she will do just fine! I will continue her training until sold.
