Description:
Nu Olena CD "Codie" is a stunning 5 year old AQHA mare. Granddaughter of Nu Chex To Cash, an NRHA Three Million Dollar Sire. 15hh, petite feminine head with a solid build that takes up your leg. Born and raised in Nebraska, Codie was started with 90 days professional reining training and has a solid foundation of all the maneuvers. In her 4 year old year Codie was brought to Rhode Island and completed days of professional training with horsemanship trainer Jason Drass, who's mentors include Tom Curtin and Bryan Neubert, guided by the philosophies of Tom Dorrance and Ray Hunt. Codie has been started slowly and correctly on cattle and excels at it. She has been roped off of, dragged logs and ridden with tarps. Despite her young age, Codie is a very sensible horse with no spook and will ride through trails, roads and water quietly. She has never offered to rear, buck or bolt and is sound and sane. Codie has been ridden and maintained by a non-pro and is well suited to a similar level rider working with a trainer. She enjoys having a job to do, loves to go to work and tries really hard to please; therefore she requires a rider who can give her clear direction. Codie is excellent at trailering and travels often, well behaved for the farrier and vet; prefers to live outside year round but can be stalled with no vices. Currently being happily ridden in a hackamore. Price negotiable to the perfect home, can provide photos and videos upon request.

Transport available, located in Rochester, MA.
